What is this service?
repeat-prescriptions.co.uk is a free to use repeat prescription service, currently operating for patients registered at Pitsmoor Surgery Sheffield.
To request a repeat prescription simply fill the form on the "Send A Prescription Request" page of this site. All the information you need to fill in this form can be found on your paper prescription form given to you by your Doctor.
All the information you need to complete the request can be found on the Right Hand Side (counterfoil) of your paper prescription. (If the Right Hand Side of your prescription is blank you are not authorised to apply for repeat prescriptions without first seeing your doctor).
This information will then be passed completely SECURELY to Pitsmoor Surgery. Only personnel from Pitsmoor Surgery will have access to your information.
THIS IS A VERY SECURE SYSTEM, YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS VERY SAFE.
Your prescription should be ready for collection within three working days from the time you submit your request, please note any prescription request made after 3 p.m. will be processed the next working day.
